Payments, Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing and Shipping:
- Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your items have left the warehouse.
- If an item is back-ordered, you will be notified by email of any delays.
Shipping Fees:
- We offer free standard shipping (2-5 business days) on all orders within the lower 48 U.S. states.
- Shipping fees apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands ($199 for a single comforter).
- We do not ship to military APO/DPO addresses.
Handling Back-Ordered Items:
- Orders with back-ordered items will ship once the item is back in stock. Contact us if you need part of your order sooner.
Expedited Shipping:
- Expedited orders placed before 11 am EST (Monday-Friday) ship the same day, if all items are available. Otherwise, they ship the next business day.
Order Tracking:
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can check your order status and track your shipment online.
Lost or Missing Packages:
- Once your order is handed over to third-party carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS), we cannot be held responsible for its delivery. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
Defective Items:
- Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. Report any defects within 7-14 days to initiate a return or replacement.
Using Discount Codes:
- Free shipping codes must be entered at checkout. Only one discount code can be applied per order.
Referral Codes:
- Share your referral link after a friend signs up to claim your reward.
International Shipping:
- We ship within the lower 48 U.S. states for free. Shipping charges apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
Pricing and Currency:
- All prices are in USD. Currency conversion rates depend on your bank or credit card.
Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be canceled within 2 hours for a full refund. After 2 hours, a 5% fee will be deducted. Cancellation requests after 4 hours cannot be processed.
- If an order is dispatched before the cancellation request, it cannot be processed. Refusing delivery will result in round-way shipping costs being deducted from your refund.
Payments:
- Your credit card will be charged when your order ships. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email within 2-3 business days.
Creating an Account:
- Creating an account saves your payment and shipping information for faster checkout. You can also track your orders and manage gift addresses.
Payment Methods:
- We accept Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.
Security:
- All transactions are secure, completed on a Shopify secure server with encrypted data transfer.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after your return is received. The credit will be issued to the original payment method.
Product and Promotion Updates:
- Subscribe to our newsletter or create an account to receive updates on new products, promotions, and events.
Missing Components:
- Unpack and unfold all items to ensure all components are included. If any items are missing, contact us at info@bebejan.com for assistance.
Billing Address Errors:
- For security reasons, we cannot edit billing addresses. Contact us immediately to cancel the order if it hasn't shipped.
Gift Orders:
- Prices are not included on packing slips for gift orders. Contact us in advance to indicate that your order is a gift.
Login Issues:
- You only need your email address to checkout. To view previous orders, create an account. If you have trouble logging in, contact us for help.
